from 4-7 p.m.

Town Board members would like all farmers and landowners to contact either of them regarding your thoughts about the Town of Farmington being involved in the proposed Farmland Preservation Programs.  Please consider attending the 6-28-11 Plan Commission meeting at 7:30 pm to learn more.

Minor Road Repair Contact List:  If interested in being on a contact list the Town can reach out to for minor road repair or culvert work, please email all contact information to the Town Clerk at csclerk@charter.net.


DISTRICTING TOWN ROADS:  Board has decided to informally designate each Supervisor a section of Town roads to be the primary contact for and handle minor road repairs or concerns in those areas.  click here to read more>>

Feb. 2, 2011:  Because of the unsafe road conditions due to the weather, all Veolia commercial and residential trash and recycling services will be delayed 1 dayThis may change if conditions do not improve.  Glacier Ridge Landfill, Veolia-West Bend Transfer Station and Veolia-Horicon Hauling are all closed today.  



RE: 2011 PLAN COMMISSION MEETINGS:
Town Board agreed that for 2011, Plan Commission meetings will be published on an "as-needed" basis - on our 3 posting boards in the town we are putting a notation for people to check the website the day of the meeting to see if it's cancelled. Can you put "As-needed - check website day of meeting" after each months plan

Feb. 15, 2011 Primary
Apr. 5, 2011 Spring Election Voting is at the Town Hall, 9422 State Hwy 144, polls open 7 am to 8 pm.To check if you are registered,To register to vote, Or to obtain an absentee ballot request, go to the state election site:
http://gab.wi.gov/elections-voting/voters/registration-voting Be sure to note the deadlines for registering and obtaining an absentee ballot.
 You can also contact Town Clerk Joanne Oneska at 675-6441, or Deputy Clerk Chris Schellinger at (262) 447-1018.

Chairman Gary Schreiber and Supervisor Art Seyfert have both filed "non-candidacy" papers, which leaves those 2 seats vacant for the spring election  See further information below

TOWN BOARD ELECTION:   Tuesday, April 5, 2011.

The following officers are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed.  The term for all offices is for two years beginning on Tuesday, April 12, 2011.

The first day to circulate nomination papers is December l, 2010, and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, in the office of the town clerk.
