TOWN OF FARMINGTON

(Due to Statesman erroneously listing as Town of Auburn)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Farmington Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct another hearing for an appeal filed by Gordon and Kathy Michaels in July of 2008.  The hearing will be held at 3:30 pm on August 18, 2010, at the Farmington Town Hall, 9422 Hwy 144 located in Boltonville.

This includes the applicant’s parcels located in Sections 26, 34, and 35 of the Town of Farmington.
